Eric Wagner

A Minneapolis native, Eric Wagner has built his career around family-oriented property management and community-driven housing solutions. He earned his degree in Real Estate, Finance, and Marketing from Marquette University before launching his real estate career at Marcus & Millichap, followed by a tenure at Katz Properties. These early roles sharpened his ability to oversee residential communities and deliver high-quality living experiences for the families who call them home.

Over the course of his career, Eric has managed and maintained more than 598 multifamily units, with a consistent focus on strong tenant relationships and sustainable community development. His work also extends into senior housing, where he played a key role in funding and developing a 100+ unit senior community with Azura, culminating in a successful equity buyout in 2023. That same year, he partnered with Azura again to break ground on a new senior housing project outside Madison, Wisconsin.



Eric has led multiple real estate funds, each designed to strengthen residential communities through thoughtful renovations and responsive management. He currently leads Fund III, which is dedicated to improving apartment communities in Minneapolis. His deep ties to the city, combined with his commitment to high-caliber property management, ensure that every community under his stewardship offers tenants a comfortable, enriching place to call home.

Zack Olson

Zack Olson is passionate about building strong communities through dedicated property management and tenant-focused housing solutions. As a key figure in the firm's operations, he specializes in identifying and underwriting multifamily properties, optimizing asset management, structuring sustainable debt solutions, and cultivating lasting tenant relationships.

Zack began his career as an apartment broker at Marcus & Millichap, where he developed a deep understanding of the Midwestern housing market and gained extensive experience evaluating and transacting multifamily properties across the region. That breadth of market exposure, paired with a strong work ethic and a genuine commitment to resident satisfaction, continues to shape his approach to property management today.

His philosophy centers on creating stable, long-term housing environments where families can truly thrive. Zack leads with integrity and a hands-on management style, making sure every property in his portfolio is well-maintained, responsive to tenant needs, and a positive contributor to the surrounding neighborhood.
