No utilities are included in rent. Residents pay water/sewer, gas and garbage through a utility billing allocation, plus an $8 monthly utility admin fee. Electric is in the resident's name: you set up and pay for electric service directly.
Parking and winter
Both communities offer ample off-street parking. The Boulevard also has garages available for $75 per month; Granite City does not have garages. Minnesota winters bring snow, and parking off the street is easier than finding a spot on the street.
