Which Lakeshore apartments allow pets?
All four communities, The Groves (Brooklyn Park), Granite City and The Boulevard (Brooklyn Center) and Hanson Court (Crystal), welcome cats and dogs.
Is there a dog weight limit?
Yes. Dogs can be up to 35 lbs full-grown.
How many pets can I have?
Up to 2 pets per home.
How much are pet fees and pet rent?
Each pet has a $300 non-refundable pet fee and $45 per month in pet rent.
Are there breed restrictions?
No. We don't restrict by breed; we screen based on the individual animal's behavior.
Do assistance animals pay pet fees?
No. Assistance animals, including service and emotional support animals, are exempt from pet fees, pet rent and the weight and number limits. You may be asked for reasonable documentation where the need isn't obvious.
Do I need to register my pet?
Yes. Tell the leasing team about every pet before move-in so it can be added to your lease.
